Easy peanut butter cheesecake

This peanut butter cheesecake recipe is the ultimate dessert for peanut butter fans. Whether you’re making it for a holiday, special occasion, or just to treat yourself, this cheesecake is guaranteed to impress.

Creamy, rich, and perfectly indulgent, peanut butter cheesecake is a crowd-pleaser that’s surprisingly easy to make at home. Don’t worry if you have never made it before! It’s simple to prepare with just a handful of ingredients and a few easy steps. Just keep in mind that, to get the best consistency, you will need a hand mixer.

Peanut butter cheesecake

As is, the recipe makes a small peanut butter cheesecake that is enough for four to six small portions. If you wish to make a larger cake, simply increase the amounts of all the ingredients proportionally. Also, feel free to adjust the amounts of sugar or peanut butter if you wish to make your cheesecake sweeter and/or richer.

We topped our cheesecake with crushed peanuts, but you may want to add your twist to your cake. Cookies, chocolate chips, caramel, or fruit sauce would also work perfectly well. Make your peanut butter cheesecake extra special!

Finally, keep in mind that cooling time is essential to get the right consistency. Even though the cheesecake can be made in just 15 minutes or so, this is by no means a “last minute” recipe. The cheesecake should stay in the fridge for 6 hours or preferably overnight.
