If you’re craving a quick and delicious dinner, this easy chicken fajita recipe is a must-try. Made with juicy strips of chicken, colorful bell peppers, and onions, this classic Mexican-inspired recipe is perfect for busy weeknights or casual dinners with friends. Serve them sizzling hot with warm tortillas, guacamole, sauce, and your favorite toppings for a meal that’s simple, healthy, and full of flavor.

Fajitas are very easy to make, and the preparation mostly consists of simply slicing the ingredients. Remember that you don’t need to chop anything into very small pieces: long stripes work well for the vegetables and the chicken.
Family dinners are the perfect setting for a fajita feast! The best way to make it work is to plan a bit ahead how to tackle the preparation: which toppings don’t need any work other than platting, what can be made while the chicken is on the pan, when to make the guacamole, and so on. It’s perfectly doable by one person, but it’s much easier (and fun!) to enroll someone to help 😉
This is a fantastic recipe for parties and gatherings as well, since it’s easy to reheat and everyone can easily personalize their wrap with the toppings they wish. It is also good for meal prep enthusiasts as it can stay fairly long in the fridge.
