Hello, I’m your salad’s new best friend! Garlic bread is one of those super basic dishes that everyone loves, and it is easy to see why: it’s crispy, warm bread coated with delicious butter, garlic, and a touch of herbs. Simply beautiful 🙂
We should also mention that garlic bread goes amazingly well with soups, especially creamy ones. It helps to add more texture and a bit of variety to your meal, so it totally brings the experience to a whole new level.
The best way to make sure you end up with perfect, crispy garlic bread is to keep an eye on it when it is in the oven, since the baking time depends on what type of bread you use. If you have fresh baked bread, you will only need to keep in the oven long enough to melt the butter whereas, if you use frozen bread, you may need to keep it in longer to make sure the crust is crispy.
The amount of butter to use is very much a personal preference. So use as much or as little butter as you wish 🙂 Also, you may choose whether to spread it on the crust or only between the wedges.
