Are you looking for an easy way to bring your potatoes to the next level? These roasted potatoes with Parmesan take just a couple minutes more than usual roasted potatoes, but they turn out really beautiful and tasty. Perfect for impressing your guests!

The recipe is very simple. All it takes is to toss the potatoes with the rest of the ingredients before baking them. That’s pretty much it! Just keep an eye on the roasted potatoes with Parmesan while they are baking, checking them every now and then to make sure nothing is burning. Especially, if you use garlic cloves instead of garlic powder, be sure to avoid letting it burn.

We leave the choice of potatoes up to you, since which varieties of potatoes you can find depends on your location. Simply, use a type that bakes well 🙂 Also, if you prefer, feel free not to peel the potatoes.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. potatoes (medium sized)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes, and prep the other ingredients.
- Preheat the oven to 400 ℉.
- Cut the potatoes in half and place them on a baking tray. Add the olive oil, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and toss the potatoes to cover them well with the mix. Then, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly on the potatoes.
- Put the potatoes in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are soft. Done! You can garnish the roasted potatoes with Parmesan with fresh parsley.
Notes
- The recipe is for 4 servings.
- Prep time: 5 minutes.
- Cooking time: 30 minutes.
- If you prefer, don’t peel the potatoes.
- You can use minced garlic if you prefer; 2 or 3 cloves should be enough. Just pay attention that it doesn’t burn in the oven.
