Roasted potatoes with Parmesan

Ingredients
  

  • lb potatoes medium size
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash and peel the potatoes, and prep the other ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven to 400 ℉.
  • Cut the potatoes in half and place them on a baking tray. Add the olive oil, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and toss the potatoes to cover them well with the mix. Then, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly on the potatoes.
  • Put the potatoes in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are soft. Done! You can garnish the potatoes with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • If you prefer, don't peel the potatoes.
  • You can use minced garlic if you prefer; 2 or 3 cloves should be enough. Just pay attention that it doesn't burn in the oven.
