Our recipe makes a thick sauce with intense flavor that sticks well to the gnocchi. You may add more broth if you wish a thinner sauce, or adjust the amount and fat content of the cream to reach the consistency you prefer for your gnocchi.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. gnocchi
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup cooking cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil (from the sun-dried tomatoes)
- Fresh basil
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Finely chop the garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in the Dijon mustard and chicken broth, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the cream and gnocchi to the pan. Mix well, bring to boil and reduce to medium heat. Cook for 4 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Add the grated Parmesan, fresh basil, salt and pepper, and cook for 2 more minutes. Done!
