Apple crumble

Ingredients
  

  • 4 apples pink lady
  • ½ cup almonds
  • cup raisins
  • 4 oz butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla sugar
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash the apples and cut them into bite sized chunks.
  • Cut the almonds in half.
  • Now may be a good time to start preheating the oven to 350 ℉ (180 ℃) with fan.
  • Cut the butter into cubes and add to a large bowl. Add the flour, oats, white sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt, and rub the mix with your hand until the dough is crumbly.
  • Add the apples, raisins, brown sugar, and cinnamon to a baking dish and mix them well.
  • Spread the apples evenly in the dish and add a splash of water. Distribute the oat mix evenly on top of the apples.
  • Sprinkle the almonds on top of the apple crumble and press them lightly.
  • Put the apple crumble in the oven and bake for 40 minutes. Done!
