Ingredients
  

  • 4 apples pink lady
  • ½ cup almonds
  • cup raisins
  • 4 oz butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla sugar
  • salt

Method
 

  1. Wash the apples and cut them into bite sized chunks.
  2. Cut the almonds in half.
  3. Now may be a good time to start preheating the oven to 350 ℉ (180 ℃) with fan.
  4. Cut the butter into cubes and add to a large bowl. Add the flour, oats, white sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt, and rub the mix with your hand until the dough is crumbly.
  5. Add the apples, raisins, brown sugar, and cinnamon to a baking dish and mix them well.
  6. Spread the apples evenly in the dish and add a splash of water. Distribute the oat mix evenly on top of the apples.
  7. Sprinkle the almonds on top of the apple crumble and press them lightly.
  8. Put the apple crumble in the oven and bake for 40 minutes. Done!

Notes

  • Use vegan butter to make it vegan.
