Crispy roasted cauliflower

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cauliflower head medium
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Panko

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  • Mix the flour and all the spices in a large bowl. Then add water and mix until you get a smooth batter.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 ℉ (180 ℃) with convection (fan).
  • Coat the cauliflower florets with batter, and then roll them on the breadcrumbs to cover generously.
  • Place the cauliflower on a baking tray leaving some space in between florets and put them in the oven. Bake for 25 minutes until crispy. Done!

Notes

  • Skip the cayenne pepper if you wish.
