Instructions
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
Mix the flour and all the spices in a large bowl. Then add water and mix until you get a smooth batter.
Preheat the oven to 350 ℉ (180 ℃) with convection (fan).
Coat the cauliflower florets with batter, and then roll them on the breadcrumbs to cover generously.
Place the cauliflower on a baking tray leaving some space in between florets and put them in the oven. Bake for 25 minutes until crispy. Done!
Notes
Skip the cayenne pepper if you wish.
