Method
- Wash all the fresh ingredients.
- Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, radishes and bell pepper into small pieces.
- Dress with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to your preference and mix everything in a bowl. Done!
Notes
- Radish can have a strong taste, so slice it thinly.
- You may want to cut the spinach leaves in half if they are very large.
- The amounts shown are for 4 salad servings as side dish.
