Method
- Peel and grate the carrots, and finely chop the green onions and fresh parsley.
- Whisk together all the ingredients for the dressing in a small cup.
- Mix together the salad and the dressing in a large bowl. Done!
Notes
- If you wish to make it vegan, you can use maple syrup, agave syrup, or your preferred substitute for honey.
