7ozbutter
1cansweet condensed milk
4tbspcocoawithout sugar
Instructions
In a large bowl, break the cookies into small pieces.
In a small pot, melt the butter, add the condensed milk and cocoa, and mix well.
Pour the mix on the cookies and mix well. All the cookies should be covered.
Put plastic film or baking paper in a baking form or plastic container, then pour the cookies in and press lightly to get rid of empty spaces. Else, you can pour the cookies on the film or paper and roll them tightly into a large sausage.
Put the cake in the fridge for a few hours (preferably overnight) so the butter hardens. Done!
Notes
Keep the Lithuanian lazy cake in the fridge to keep it from melting, especially if you live in a warm place.
You can make this dessert gluten-free by using your favorite gluten-free plain cookies.
