In a large bowl, mix the butter, white sugar and brown sugar until creamy.
Add the peanut butter and mix it in. Then add the egg and mix well again.
Sift in the flour together with the baking powder and vanilla sugar. Add a pinch of salt. Mix well until you get a smooth dough.
Preheat the oven to 350 ℉ (180 ℃) with convection (fan).
With your hands, form little balls roughly the size 1/8 of a cup, place them on a baking tray and press them down with a fork.
Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them cool down for 8-10 minutes before moving them.
