Take the tenderloin out of the fridge in advance so it is not very cold.
Preheat the oven to 350℉ (180℃) with convection (fan).
Season the pork tenderloins with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat up the olive oil and sear the tenderloins.
Transfer the pork tenderloins to a baking tray and bake them for 15-20 minutes or until they reach 150℉ (or 65℃) inside temperature.
Chop the garlic finely and set aside.
When the tenderloin is ready, take it out and leave it to rest for 3 minutes.
While the tenderloins are resting, prepare the sauce. Add the butter to the skillet where you seared the tenderloins and heat it up. Fry the garlic for around 30 seconds, turn off the heat and then add the parsley and mix it well.
Let the tenderloins rest for 5 minutes, then cut them into 0.8 inch slices, plate them and pour the garlic butter sauce on top. Done! Serve the pork tenderloin with mashed potatoes and a green salad.
